Cruncher Routines

Are we on a diet? on a health kick? on a challenge? setting patterns and changing behaviours for a healthy life style? I feel like I am moving slowly toward the latter. Slight changes are becoming habits and patterns. I always feel motivated for Monday after a weekend that has been a bit more relaxed due to a change from our weekly routines. I pray I will be able to make good choices in all areas this week. Thanks, Anita
