Tuesday Crunch-Kristy

Got in 30 walk today and 20 minutes of pilates. Sure didn't want to do it, but I couldn't let those points get away:) I tried dropping the night time snack and cutting the carb at dinner... we'll see if it works??? I'm going to try this for the next week. See you ladies tomorrow with the results. I'm not sure it'll be much:(
