Today I was able to eat pretty well also.
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Salad, chicken and a mandarine.
Dinner: Gulas, 3 tiny artichokes and a thin slice of ham (jamón serrano)
Drink most of 2 liter bottle of water but I will probably drink more before bed.
Did 45 min. with Jillian, doing level 3 already and extra exercises for the upper body, chest and abs. Walked for 20 min with dh and the children.
Ok, yesterday I was able to walk for 1 hour and a half plus I did level 3 with Jillian. I will just add 3 points for that, otherwise I won´t be compeating with anybody else.
I did also make good choices on food as you saw on my previous entry for lunch.
For dinner at night I had a boiled egg, 2 slices of cooked ham and a 0% fat free yougurt.
I also had 2 snacks during the day: a square of sugar free chocolate, and a banana.
I kept drinking water also.
Now, I have to say it was VERY difficult for me not lick the knife today when I was preparing a sandwhich of nocilla ( nutela for Americans) for the kids, but I was VERY tempted to do it and I didn´t because I didn´t want to take 1 point off. So Dani, your new idea is working so far, let´s see for how long or when I will give up.
