Hello again,
Here I am again. After winning the first crunch I was wondering if I would be able to keep up the exercise by myself, but you guessed right, I didn´t. I did do Jillian for a few days, but I ended up just walking every day.
I think I have been walking for exercise at least 4 or 5 days a week. Yesterday I started out with Jillian again and today my legs are sore, but is a good feeling, it means that I exercised. I need the accountability at least for a while longer. Ok, you will see my ticker always on top, even if I have 0 points. This time I need to give Tami a chance to win whithout me pushing her so har, lol lol lol. Or, I´m just giving somebody else the chance to win, :-)
And here is little bit about me for those of you that are new here:
My name is Ketty and I live in Spain, my native country. I am married to Michael Branson, the most wonderful person. He is from the USA. We have 4 children, dd 14, ds 12, dd 10 and ds 8. We had 4 children in 6 years, which gives you a pretty good idea of what my body went trough in a period of 10 years between having babies and long nursing years. We came back to Spain almost 12 years ago to be "kind of like missionaries", to help out in a church in whatever ministry we can. We have been doing that for the last 12 years. We just moved one month ago to teach English and to help out a pastor in the southern part of Spain, in Córdoba. The weather down here is wonderful.
We also homeschool our children. You can see that with family, homeschooling, teaching English and church, I have a pretty full day. I love my life here.
Anyway, I hate to say that I weighed 123 lb (56 kilos) when I got married 17 years ago, and now I am at 151 lb (69 kilos). My is height is 5'6". I have 3 sisters and they all are overweight - my twin sister probably weights around 190 lbs. and that's why I don't want to let myself go. My sisters don't seem to care they way they look. My father was always overweight also, I never saw him thin before he died.
The funny thing is that I've never had a weight problem, in fact, I have always eaten like an elephant. I LOVE TO EAT. As a teenager and adult I was always skinny until the children started to show up. I gained a few extra pounds after my third and fourth one were born. I always took pride in how much could I eat and not gain weight, but I can't say that anymore.
And this is all for now, I'll try to keep up with my posts and read all of yours.

And yes Tami, I started exercising Monday and my body is more sore today than it was yesterday.
Jillian again tomorrow for me to get rid of the pain..
