Spring´speration Sunday 1-24-10

"For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, wherby we cry, Abba, Father.
For we know that the whole creation groneth and travaileth in pain together until now...even we ourselves groan within ourselves...
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution or famine, (or fatness)or nakedness, or peril or sword? (emphasis added)
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through HIM that loved us."

These next verses are refering to physical death, but I think we can apply it to all areas in our lives.


"But thanks be to God which giveth us the victory thgrough our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefor, my beloved bretheren, (springy sisters) be ye sedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." 1Corinthians 15:57-58

Health and Fitness is important, too. It´s all in discipline. You all know that, and that´s why we are on this challenge! Right. :) Well, I had a lot more written but have to go to church now.

Yeah, I really took to this article! It´s all over all the health web sites. Bigger thighs and big butt helps to prevent diabeties and heart problems! I am sooo happy to hear this! LOL
