Broccoli soup

As usual, we ate the soup and did not take a picture. Oops! Long gone are the days when we had leftovers!
This broccoli soup is a pretty healthy soup choice. Sautee in very little olive oil one chopped onion and some chicken breast cup up. Add water and a little salt and let it boil. Add lots of fresh broccoli and mushrooms, and a package of low fat low sodium Cream of mushroom soup dissolved in two cups of milk. Bring to boil and cook in low heat for 5-10 minutes. Everybody liked it.
