This week I was not going to post, but Danielle's 4 extra points motivated me to post. I am not having great motivation for abstaining from food in general. I have exercised everyday, though. I feel bloated and weigh over a pound more than last week, but my measuring tape says I lost some mass. That's both great and amazing. I'm hoping to feel better this week and begin to see the scale go down. I'll let you know. You all have a great week being good. I'll write again soon. Remember Philippians 4:13 (That's for me (: )

Hi Maribel,
I´ve been reading a few of Jillian´s e.mails about hormones and weight gain, and am pretty sure that they affect our metabolism. So hang in there and maybe next week´s weigh in will show a loss - that is what I´m praying for too...and I don´t have any PMS : )

I too am struggling with eating, but I "know" that exercising each day is a great help to my fitness journey. You are taking the time to exercise and that is paying off!
