I did increase my exercise time to 60 minutes most of the days this week.  My food choices and portion sizes were not always the best.  My weight fluctuated from day to day, but today it was .4 kilos higher than last Tuesday.  My over all body size decreased 2 cm, but some areas are larger this week.  I think I really need to watch more on what I eat and how much I eat.  I think that post about Food Portions put on by Dani Joy was very interesting.   I'm planning on watching more carefully my daily food portions and see if that helps.  :-)
