Ok, this is really strange for me. Last week I haven´t exercise as hard as I have been doing it. Ok, I did walk 6 days but only did Jillian 2 times. And my weight REALLY got to the number I was hoping. I lost 2.2 pounds (1 kilo). I guess what did it was eating right. I´ve done pretty well with my food choices, specially at night, eating light like Dani said.
I also noticed some days a months I weight less than other days, for whatever reason my body fluctuates. But it´s ok, I´m happy. I don´t know how long will I be able to keep this numbre 63 on my scale but I´m thrilled.
My weight was stock in the number 64.somehing for almost 5 weeks, since week 4 until now, so yes, I am very happy to see number 63.
I guess I´ll have to make a new goal, number 62.9, but it sounds too ambitious to me, I will probably have to wait 5 more weeks to see that :-)
