Dani Joy´s Sweatin´ Journal 2

I have had a bad start as far as weight, but it´s just water weight after eating some olives and a ham stew. It was up almost 5 lbs this morning. YIKES! but I know I can get it back down by drinking losts of water tomorrow. (I hope) 

If that isn´t  motivation enough though, to stay away from the Sodium I don´t know what is! That´s right, sodium retains the water in your body. The more salty foods you eat the more you will weigh the next morning. Here´s a good link to explain it better.
