So I really thought that I would be doing much better at this by now. I'm still alive, but the bottom line is I've still been having morning sickness like crazy and so haven't felt like working out or much of anything.
The good news is that I've been basicallly just drinking water. I was able to go to some garage sales on Saturday and walked the plan rather than driving around it with my car.
More good news... My weight gain is very slow. I'm now at 16 weeks in my pregnancy and when I went to the doctor's office they told me that I lost 2 lbs since last month. According to my weigh-in's at home I'd only gained about 3 lbs anyway, so at least I'm not gorging myself.
