One area that I know I need to work on is my crazy sleep schedule. I am a "night owl" and can stay up very late getting things accomplished (paperwork, reading, etc) but also tend to waste a ton of that late night time chatting on Facebook or surfing the web, blogging, etc. I recently came across some reading about how inadequate sleep can negatively affect weight loss goals. you can read a couple of articles on this here and here.
I am going to try getting to bed by midnight to my plan of attack for this challenge and see if it helps me reach my goals both physically and as a Mom/wife.
