Here is the exercise I did for Tuesday and Wed.
Tues: 20 min. jogging on running tract on medium speed, and 20 min. upper body work with weights and stretching.
Wed: 20 min. jogging on tract on medium speed, and 10 min. stretching
Today I will get started on giving you my points.
