Just dropping in...I missed a couple of workouts last week, b/c of allergy issues. I had read about not working out when you can't breathe well, then after I was better, I actually read that working out can clear up sinuses....oh well! I must say I missed my workouts though...this is good! I worked out today for 30 minutes...catching my breath as I type!
Things I have added to my journey here...
1 T of coconut oil in my shake in the morning--thanks to someone here on the blog!
Apple Cider Vinegar in water through out the day. (I've read a lot lately about this helping with allergies...so, I'm checking it out...it supposedly has so many other benefits too!)

Let me know about your remedies for allergies. Last week I did not exercise as much due to allergies. It did help to run (while I was running). I am getting shots every week now, so the day I get them I can't exercise. I would love to know if some of those things you are trying work.

It does help to clear you out to exercise. I love it, even though it´s hard to get started.

The Apple cider vinager is suppose to be really good. I have read about that a bit too. ;)
