I am going to start my fasting in preparation for the cleanse that I'm going to do to clean out my gall bladder. I am definitely not looking forward to it, and we'll see how it goes. I will keep you all updated. Please pray for me as I do this. I know that God will give me the strength to get through it.
The last few days have been incredibly busy for me. I will, however, get a break the next few days so I thought it will be the perfect time to do a cleanse.

creo que yo tambien lo hare estos días no estaba muy bien y con mucha fiebre , creo que debo de tener esa limpieza ,cuentame como te va y como lo haces .
