Weigh In from June 15

Well, not much to least nothing in the losing way.  I have been eating zero desserts for about 2 weeks now.  My goal is that I will only allow a dessert after I'm down 4 pounds--150 lbs---My real goal is 145, but I haven't seen the other side of 150 since last summer.  I started running today.  I need more endurance, but I hope someday to enjoy the sport!
