Dani´s day 12 Post

Day 12 Jan 15 -Sun.

1 pt - fruits and veggies - 3/4 plate salad, 1 large banana
.5 pt - exercise- 30 min walk to and from church.
1 pt - NO Sugar ADDED - Back on track! 
1 pt - ONE POUND lost finally!!! due to my 6k run yesterday

I am going No carbs this week except for fruit and veggies and protiens. Praying to  drop some more lbs.
