last hello
Hello ladies...I was doing great on the first half of the challenge. I tried to increase my exercise out-put too fast and had a set-back. I have been doing much better in general and hope to keep up with water and exercise and improve on my food choices. Looking forward to the Spring challenge. See you then. I do prefer the blog as it is very difficult to read all the entries and comments on fb.

I remember everyday that it isn´t enough just to exercise and be disciplined, I must exercise spiritually first and walk in the Spirit daily. Meditating on his Word is an exercise, but more than that it is the most essencial! www.goodmorninggirls.org

So Long Post for Annie L
Hello Ladies,
After prayer and godly council, I am dropping out of this challenge. I do not have time to post with the responsibilities of my family and I have not done as well with my personal goals of health and weight loss while on this challenge. I am setting my points to zero to give some hope of winning to some of you ladies who benefit from this challenge.

Day 19 Post for Annie L
Grettings all you beautiful ladies,
I was bad on eating today since my daughter made cookies. I did jump on the trampoline very hard with my two youngest daughter and husband. Otherwise I ate well and had a nice Lord's Day with my family. I hope you all did as well.
Breakfast: Fruit place of apples and bananas
Lunch: a nice salad with 3 types of lettuce, tomatoes, salmon
Dinner: Chicken bone broth soup
Snack: the forbidden oatmeal cookie

Greetings Everyone,
Brunch was pancakes made with whole wheat flour, water, eggs, coconut milk, leveanings with hazel nut spread ( sugar), fruit plate and one cup plain coffee
Dinner: Roasted free range organic chicken with potatoes and large salad

1 pt exercise- 1 hr jumping, I am still sore from the tile work

Day 17 Post for Annie L
Hi everyone,
I am very sore from the tiling and sealing yesterday. My heart rate and breathing actually were up for this, but I was unaware that you could get more than one point on anything. So I am good with points.
Breakfast: pancakes made with fresh ground whole wheat, cocount milk, eggs, celtic sea salt &
baking powder. I put nut butter on it.
Lunch: eggs
Dinner: Salad with kale, onions, spinach, tomatoes
1 pt Post
1 pt water
1 pt exercise
1 pt veggies
1 pt no sugar
86 points total

QUICK NOTE
Ladies, Just a quick reminder:
In order to count it for exercise, your heart rate must elevate. Fast walking, non- stop sport, or if there are longer pauses in your exercise routine ( heavy chores, cleaning ect), please subract this time.
I personally try to have my heart rate up over 100bpm to count it as exercise. If you don´t have a heart monitor, you should feel your heart and your breathing excelerate inorder to count it as exercise.

Day 14 Post for Annie L
Hi Everyone!
I had to go 100 miles down the mountain to shop today so it wasn't a great day. I had a grapefruit for breakfast after exercising and drinking a qt of water with lime. I drank another qt of water when I returned and a few glasses on the road. The really bad thing is that my children wanted to eat at Subway so I got a baked chicken sandwich with veggies. I got their whole grain bun, but I am sure it had sugar in it. I only lost 1 pound this week. For dinner I ate fruit.
