Day 14 Anita

Had fish again today. Got in my water and veggies. Praying for all to keep going this second half of the challenge. My body seems to be adjusting to water and exercise!

Brkfst= eggs
Snack= fruit
Lunch=fish, veggies
Snack=cereal
Supper=chicken salad
Snack= crackers
