DAY 16 Thursday


My poorest day so far. Didn’t get to the store so ran out of good choices. Kept up with my water. New goal is to have 2 five point days in a row!

Brkfst= health bread and tea

Lunch=tom soup

Supper=oatmeal
Snack= sweets
