DAY 3 Anita

I’m doing better today on my water and exercising. Sugar is hard to delete from my coffee. I get an immediate headache using any artificial sweeteners. Prefer the 16 calories rather than a headache. Thanks for praying.
Brkfst= 1 fruit, coffee w/sugar, 1bread,
Snack= 1 fruit
Lunch= 1 hamburger
Snack= toast
Supper= veggies

0 NO SUGAR
