DAY 4 Anita

DAY 4I am improving and excited to have gotten in 2 hours of exercising. Glad there were a couple of good movies on TV so I was distracted from getting bored. Hope to start on better meals next week.
Brkfst= fruit, coffee w/sugar, cheese bread
Snack= fruit
Lunch= salad with chicken
Snack= fruit
Supper=large salad
Snack=1/2 apple w/ peanut butter

1 VEG/FRUIT
1 WATER
2 EXERCISE
0 NO SUGAR
1 POST

Day 4 Total = 5 points
Total to date = 13.5 points
