Day 6

It is so good to get back into a normal schedule again after the holidays.
Today I did ok except for the water.
Since it is getting late, this is going to be short.

1pt for one hour of exercise (walk and run on track)
1pt for no sugar today
1pt for post
1pt plate of veggies(salad, brussel sprouts and an apple)
didn't get my water in
Total of 4 pts
