Day 7, Tuesday, January 10

I woke up, weighted myself-lost 4.4 pounds! I needed this encouragement from the Lord. I have been very hungry for the last week. Then I exercised in the very cold outdoors, then drank a quart of water with a half lemon squeezed in it. Breakfast was chicken bone broth soup. Lunch a veggie plate of salad, dinner was chicken with a veggie medley of sweet potatoes, onions, garlic made by my sweet daughter Gen. I also drank another quart and a half of water in the afternoon. I no longer crave coffee probably because I can't have cream in it. I am now drinking a cup of herbal sleepy time tea.
