Saturday Day 4 Post 3 -

Exercise - 1pt - got 10min walking fast, 25 min jogging, and 5 min stretching.
HEP- 2 points  - ww pancakes, nuts for snack, ww pasta with meat sauce and veggies 2squares sf chocolate - one tiny tiny bite of cookie dough oh no! this is why I wasn´t going to take my HEP points. I want to be honest. I am going to take the points because I remembered that well, a lick or a mistake was an OOOPS. We can have one OOPS Day.
