This is my new favorite food - SPINACH!!!! 
Low in calories, low carb, low sugar! 

I use spinach instead of pasta, or any other kind of filler. It is filling and full of fiber. Add some low carb dressing, mushrooms and any kind of meat. It is a perfect meal! 

Go ahead, I dare you, eat your fill in Spinach!!!
