a little update on me---
I have officially come down from 75 kilos to 73! I am still working at it---dropped sweets completely last week---now I am eating such small amounts of sweets---I feel like I've kicked a habit!
Last week was a hard week emotionally for me, and unfortunately, I did not exercize normally---only 10 minutes a couple of days and 30-40 minutes 2 x's. I am getting back to it this week though.
I think my inches are more actual at -3.5 rather than the 4 I logged in before.
