It´s Kick off!!! News from Dani Joy

Good morning, Ladies!

It´s Kick Off Day!

Don´t forget to post your kick off post. This post is worth 2 points right off. You may also start posting tips and post a Crunch In today. Your Crunch IN would probably only contain your exercise for today, but little by little that update will grow!

If you have just joined us today, please click on  this Welcome page to learn all about this new and unique Christmas Crunch Challenge.

Some have asked how to enter the measurements. You can use all the info provided on the measurements page. If there is a post ahead of it, just scroll down till you find it. Remember you don´t have to do it, it´s optional but, it is a great indicator.

Go ahead and make a whole separate post labeled Kick off, your name, and measurements.

Please label all posts you write with your name. This way we can find them easily. As you can see on the side bar you can find all the catagories. These are the labels.

Also, until I get the blog working exactly how I envisioned it, you will only be able to follow all the posting by looking under the Crunchers Posting section. This will show all the posts in order as the are posted for the whole week.

Here are the labels I would like to use and keep within these topics. That way we don´t have random posts. Each of your post should fall under one or more of these catagories.

Each ladies name
Testimonies
Tips
Rules - mainly for updates in the contest and general info
pictures
measurements
Q and A
recipies (which also fall under tips for points and must also be labeled Tips)
Inspirational - verses and encouragement in the lines of discipline and Living for Jesus.
Crunch IN - this is your daily or weekly weight update and exercise progress.

Your daily or weekly exercise routines and  weigh in´s can fall under "Crunch IN". Get it????.. instead of weigh in.... haha!!! It just hit me. anyway.. It´s late and I have a lot more to do. Please pray for each other. This is key!

Are we ready to Crunch it, Ladies? wooo Hoooo!!!

I will have some posts up for some ideas and plans to follow if you do not have one already. You may start marking your points as soon as you can. Please, no frivolous posting just for points. :) The object is to get off the computer and get exersizing!

Please don´t forget to start out a little at a time, especially if you have not done any heavy exercise in awhile. I have to put a disclaimer on the blog. I don´t want you all to get hurt or starve.

You are on your own as far as what plan to use but don´t go overboard. I don´t think this will be a problem , but please remember everything in moderation. If you take a food out of your diet be sure to add something healthy back in. I took white refined sugars out and added sugar free yogurts with substitute sweatners and sugar free chocolate. These were my snackies!

ok.. well, we are all grown women, I am sure there won´t be any fainting, fasting, or hospital visits. I say this half joking, but this is my disclaimer too. Start out slow if you must and work up to a 30 minute workout. Just be consistant. 3- 4 times a week. Then the next week add a little more. Before you know it you will be so amazed.

Like Susan wrote in her testimony post,
"I need to remind myself that it is a journey and marathon, not a 100 meter dash."
A Fitness Journey for Life.

"For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure...That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke." So "I press toward the mark for the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." For "I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me." Philippians 2:13,15 ; 3:14; 4:13

Journeying with you as we Crunch it till Christmas,
