Was able to do 40 min. of exercise 3 of the 6 days this week (the other 3 were 20 to 30 min.) That happened thanks to the motivating extra point for the cardio. Food choices have been good too.
My dh left for Ethiopia for 16 days, to visit our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids which we haven´t seen in 2 years! While he is gone, I will be able to have some extra time for exercise and the food options should improve as I´m cooking only for me. I told him to have a good look at me when he left, because when he returned there would be "less" of me : )
I have been doing Tae Bo workouts, which seem to work the lower part of the body. Last 2 days have done more intense cardio from www.exercisetv.com free workout videos, to push myself a little harder. Not jumping for joy with my results this week, but if I remember correctly, I didn´t begin to see big changes till the 3rd week of exercise in the Crunch in the Fall. I´m looking forward to seeing your results, though, and heading off to exercise now.

Chest - 104 cms. - same
Waist - 85 cms. - same
Hips - 109 cms. - today - 107 cms.
Left and right arm - 30 cms. same
Left leg - 61 cms. - same
Right leg - 59 cms. - same
Just got a call from my dh who has arrived safely in Ethiopia. Bad news is they broke into one of his suitcases and robbed some of the gifts for the grandkids...but praising the Lord - not all of them!!
