Sarah Annie´s Motivation

Hi Ladies,
I really am excited about this because I'm going into it having already started exercising a few weeks ago consistently. I've been doing the 30 Shred dvd along with walking (This past weekend, My hubby and I walked a total of 12 miles together). I'm not really seeing any weight change yet, so I know I must need to change my diet somewhere, but exercise is a start.
Here is my weight and my measurements:

142 lbs.
Bust- 37"
chest- 33"
waist- 31 1/2"
hips- 39"
Thighs together- 39 1/2"
arms (R/L)- 11 1/2"

My first goal is to fit into a bridesmaid dress that I have to wear in April. I bought it a size to small so that I would HAVE to do something about it. :) Dangerous, I know, but I'm determined not to look like 10 lbs. of sausage stuffed into a 5 lb. casing.

I look forward to taking this journey with you ladies.

Hi Sarah! You got the idea! I had to laugh but you know what ever gets you motivated. ;)

I am doing the Shred again too with a friend. I started back down on level 1 with her so I really should be adding in some other workouts during the day. I hope to make an hour a day.

We would love to see a before pictures, girl! I remember what you look like from college but no one here knows you. Actually, it´s been a long time since college. ;)

Keep pressing play on the Shred!

Springing with ya,
Dani Joy

Thanks, Dani.
I will post a pic. In fact, I might post one of myself in the bridesmaid dress now, and then in the dress again for a "later" picture.

Thanks for all of the encouragement.
I was so excited. I got my hubby to do the Shred dvd with me this evening, so that put me back at level 1 (I had worked up to the 2nd level), but we also walked 2 miles--That was a total of 6 miles for me today.
Woo-hoo!

Hi Sarah,
I was laughing so hard when I read your post. You are a brave woman. It will definitely motivate you.

Just keep at it and the weight will come off. Just watch those calories.

Thanks for the laugh.

That´s so great! I love it when my hubby works out with me too! We have done no more trouble zones together. he is huffing and puffing cause he always wants to do heavier weights. jaja

You have boys too right? isn´t it great to be able to get out there and play with them. I love playing basket ball with my boys. Soccer when we can. They are really into football and I don´t go tackling too much though. LOL

Great idea about the picture in the dress! It will def. give you an idea and us. ;)

pressing play,
Dani Joy

Hey Sarah!
As I dropped out of the last challenge I didn't get to know you. So it's great to "meet" you now.

I love you sausage image, you definitely should do a befre and after photo with the dress.

Blessings
