I did it!

I went an entire week and did not miss my workout one day! Even on Sunday I marched-jogged in place while the family was watching a video. I also did very well with drinking the full water amount. I think I did miss one day on that. Each day ranged from 1 hour 20 minutes to 2 hours of workout. Unfortunately I was not as disciplined in the food department so I am not seeing the weight number go down this week. I have been trying to take some pictures of where I go to walk/jog and I hope to get them uploaded sometime this week.

I started a translation project tonight so I will have to work extra hard at fitting my workout in the daily schedule while I work on getting that work done.
