This is one of my favorite things to do. I use to do it more often when my boys were little. Now, we don´t go to the parks for the slides, we go to play basketball or football.
When I found this new slide, I got really excited. I went to try it out right away! Too fun.
Well, now it has started getting chilly out and I think I have been fighting the flu or something. Yesterday and today I have been needing a lot of rest.
I´m going to keep flushing out my system with water, keep cutting out sugar and white flour, and keep exercising at least 40 min. a day. I have not weighed nor measured this week as it has been a off week. I will keep at this, and not quit.
