Day 5 Anita

Hard day getting water in since it was a Sunday. I was drinking and exercising until midnight then fell asleep with my computer on my lap…Of course I was up every hour all night to use the bathroom. MUST get all my water done before 6 pm. Praying my food choices will be better today. Praying for you all.
Brkfst= 1 fruit, 1 bread,
Snack= 1 fruit
Lunch= 1 spaghetti
Snack= coffee w/sugar
Supper=Vegetables
Snack=1/2 apple

1 VEG/FRUIT
1 WATER
1 EXERCISE
0 NO SUGAR
1 POST
