I plan to start with Walking with Leslie, one and two mile, and work into her Slim and Sculpt Pilates. After going faithfully to the Curves gym down the street, I will also incorporate some of the exercises and stretching learned there. The eating plan will include low-carbs, like South Beach. I'm looking forward to getting to know each member of the group and sharing in the give and take of support.

I am so glad you chose to do this challenge, Becky! I am so excited to see what the Lord can do through us during this time.
I like that you chose a reasonable goal. It´s important to keep shooting for small goals with a long term goal for life. It´s not just a diet, it´s a fitness journey.
My mom´s computer got a virus but as soon as it get´s better, I hope she can get on the blog to meet you. She is April H. on the tickers. I will be moving her ticker. (she is a Hopkins too)
